...depends on what you call success....anyone silly enough to believe that the United States had any intention or chance of "winning" these wars is badly orientated....in life. The days of defeating and occupying a foreign country and even taking it over are gone. It's too messy and expensive and not necessary....

But, if war-mongers live by selling weapons...then both these wars have been huge successes...on top of the over one trillion dollars we paid out to American war manufacturers, there was the perfect excuse to jack up oil prices, "there is trouble in the oil fields"....no shit.
