Itīs so sad,so tragic what has been going on in Iraq these last years. Everything destroyed, assyrians forced to flee, our young girls forced into prostitution, our children denied education, a whole generation blasted. The only hope and indeed the only positive thing on the horizon has been the dedication and compassion this has aroused among the assyrian nayshun in the diaspora, or in its diapers, as I prefer to call it....so many people from around the world have rallied around at this time of dire need when our thousands of years old heritage is in danger like itīs never been before...and for all that I canīt stand Maggie and so many others like Aprim and Jassim and the rest, still you have to give them credit for running forums where activists can meet and exchange views on what course of action to take that is best to win us our homelands and rights...and so we have to recognize dedicated, tireless, and fearless people too, such as the following....
