US defends right to pursue threats, no matter the country.

"The United States reserves the right to pursue terrorists unilaterally in other countries, White House counterterrorism adviser John Brennan said Friday night in a speech at Harvard Law School."

...using that justification the bombing of the Pentagon was justified...are they actually saying that the US has NEVER committed acts of terror against other nations...nations which might like to use the same rationale?

This is where arrogance, among other things, begins to take down an empire, from the inside.
