Seems fair. Why are people so shocked that gunmen mowed down 38 Brit vacationers?

Did it say somewhere in a Brit tour book that "after an exhausting round of starving Iraqi children and murdering their parents, you can come relax on our beaches...and nothing will ever be done to YOU"?

If we sought revenge after 9/11, do we think no one else feels the same?
