...CNN made this reference..."George Zimmerman is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Martin, 17, during an altercation in a gated community."

During an "altercation"? That clearly implies an incident caused by both parties....if I'm attacked, by the woman I'm trying to rape...is that an "altercation"...or an attempted rape in which the victim FOUGHT BACK?

And I use my bloody head as evidence of what...that I was DEFENDING myself???
