...it is easy to point out, in history, the numerous times Christians persecuted and murdered Jews, just for being Jews...therefore, if for no other reason, itīs very easy to believe in the Holocaust...because there is ample precedent. ...but in the case of Muslim violence against Christians history shows no such evidence or precedent...and wars do not count. Actually neither does any aspect of even the worst treatment Christians received from Muslims because no one killed more Christians, JUST for their religion, than other Christians....so Muslims are even more innocent of shedding Christian blood than are Christians. ...the only way to account for the sudden and unprecedented treatment of Christians by the Turks is that something unusual and devastating must have happened, and it did, that drastically altered the way Christians were perceived by their Muslim neighbors....and that event was WW I and more than that, the behavior of Armenian nationalists, their hoarding of weapons, their murder of Muslims, their take-over and hostage taking of the central bank in Istanbul and other acts of sedition and treason, which they themselves excused because they were Christian and therefore acting on behalf of their god..which doesnīt count as a justification for breaking the law anywhere! ...same as in Egypt where churches and Christianity have existed since before Islam....somethingmust have happened to bring about this conflict and riot, and that something could not have been instigated by Muslims, whoīve had centuries in which they could have burned down churches and killed Christians....the spark must have been supplied by Christians, either Copts or as a reaction against the EvangelizingChristians armies whoīve been raoming that region at will and murdering innocent people for a few decades now...something happened that set off the rage which has been built up by Christian ACTIONS, recently...both these wars and whatever might have happened in this one incident....or else, if we are tyo believe that this is the way Muslims have always treated Christians, we have to be shown that, in history...we have to be shown other clashes and burnings....and no one can show us any...like we can easily see in the case of Christian violence against Jews. --------------------- |
