As far as his manifesto, which sets people delerious..it is the heighth of folly to think you can form a government-in-exile when you never had one when you were IN THE COUNTRY! Honestly! It sounds like kids playing office...

Let`s see...the Apaches get tired of demanding the return of their indigenous lands...so they all move to Guatemala, write an Apache Manifesto...and set up a Congress, based on the government of the United States...and do exactly WHAT?
