...his facebook page is interesting...everyone is praying for him, sure that Jesus will guide him to safety..they also believe the witnesses were coached by the prosecution into lying...and all of this, including the "Jesus is with you" are all opinions....you can't get away with opinions in court...in fact it's called "Hearsay" when you try it...meaning just words you heard someone SAY.
As further proof comes this post from his page...

TRIAL UPDATE: Dr. Eden Naby, a professor at Harvard University, served as an expert witness for the defense today, testifying to the fact that Chaldeans are ethnically Assyrian.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Adrianna Kastanek maintained that the two are separate ethnic groups, despite Dr. Naby's expert testimony -- insisting that her testimony was based on her own opinion.

Yesterday, Kastanek said to the Judge off record, "A quick Google search will tell you it's a disputed matter."

...and that's all it takes, "a quick Google search"...just an opinion, even if it's by a Harvard professor, when it IS an opinion, is worthless as evidence in court.

...I wonder what the point was? Probably the defense wanted to make Assyrians out of Chaldeans because Robert doesn't believe in Chaldeans so he had to show that everyone he lied for was Assyrian, not anything else....had to maintain the fiction that he was saving ASSYRIANS from persecution...also because Chaldeans never speak of being persecuted, unless they need to lie their way into the US...THEN they are persecuted.

Robert's pals now believe that Robert too was being "persecuted", not prosecuted....we have trouble with those two concepts.
