One of the things you said about "truth" is that it is in each and everyone... That's nice... But who ever told you that, obviously forgot to mention to you how to get to it, and being the hateful person you are, ...we're entering old territory here...this is when people start deliberately provoking the moderators by using language like "rectum dweller"...it's sort of a last ditch effort to take everything out in flames...they hope to force the site administrators to shut the place down...they did it at beth and aina too...it will be interesting to see if the moderators will completely follow aina and beth...who responded by banning me, when it was the others who "provoked" them to it. ..in fact, I wouldn't be surprised to learn this IS the site administrator. you thought YOUR truth lies up your alley, so you decided to take a dive up your Ars and dwell there for a while to find YOUR truth... ...I can give you the names of the books and sources if you want. After you felt warm and moist up in there, ...is this fun for you? you got convinced that that is THE truth... and since then, your mouth spews shit more than your Ars does... ...I've posed some questions...most of them of a challenging nature...the kind that always set you people barking. After you've discussed my moist parts, how about adressing those issues? You talk about the Jews getting killed for purely being Jews... Only an idiot like you would believe that there was no other reason... ...give us the other reasons...why do you just hint at your "truths" but never state them boldly. and you don't realize that given the chance and the power, you would do to the Assyrian people EXACTLY what Hitler did to the Jews... ...not at all. I'm the Assyrian who built the first Assyrian public monument in 2500 years...did it with money raised from the sale of my own sculpture...that's $170,000 worth...and then did it again with another monument for Chicago, which cost me $200,000...and thirteen years of work...not to mention all the other Assyrian sculpture in collections around the world...Assyrians should have more such "enemies". ...you too equate Assyrian with Christian...Assyrian is the front you use for your Christian sects...there is nothing Assyrian about you...you're just pissed because your Christian religion is getting its face rubbed in it's history. Why? because some Assyrian didn't do what you EXPECTED him to do so you decide that all Assyrians are no good... ...there are many wonderful Assyrians...and they aren't Christians. Who gives a damn about how some Assyrian treated you and how your "feelings" got hurt... ...I certainly don't. You say people are "crybabies"... It was obvious from the start that the case would never come to trial...just a scare tactic. you are the "expert" in legal matters aren't you?... ...not at all. It took two years, I was living in Mexico at the time...what would be my incentive to sue someone back? I made my point and had Assyrian sculpture to make. or did he BEAT you at your game DEMOCRATICALLY and LEGALLY? ...it was not a "He". I don't understand how I got "beat"...but then you don't understand what it is to win, either. You are truly a LOSER.... ...no. I didn't drop the case...I flew up from Mexico every few months for two years to be present in court...I did my homework, spent hours at the Law Library reading up on how to defend myself when someone tries to use money and lawyers to intimidate people...and the other person backed down. ...I DID sue John Nimrod...our idiot senator...I got a lawyer and sued him in Chicago...he had lied...I had the evidence in the form of a letter his wife sent to me...a gushy and very friendly letter in which she told me what proved Nimrod was lying...Nimrod was being represented by a huge international law firm...paid for by Helen Ninmrod's two sons, both of them billionaires...my lawyer was a young Assyrian...and when he sent a copy of that letter to the lawyers suing me, they realized their client had lied to them...and I received a check for $55,000...what was owed to me from a commission Helen, Nimrod's sister, had given me before she died and for which I had been working for months...Nimrod tried to cheat me out of what I was owed...he lied and said his sister never talked to him about what she was doing, that I made the whole thing up, that I LIED in order to get MONEY...and the letter from his wife to me proved that HE was the liar. Before that letter he tried to settle for a smaller sum, out of court...I refused. Finally, he was forced to pay what I was owed, no more and no less. When it's necessary for me to do something...I know it. I certainly don't take advice from someone like you. One who wants "democracy" and "fair play", YET! comes back crying to mommy when he isn't treated the way YOU WANT... What a stupid Jackass... ...I don't see the tears...if someone gets in my way, I never cry. Just take care of business. At the AANF convention of 2000 held in Chicago...I was physically threatened by two Assyrian thugs...who were in charge of "security" for the convention...they even called the police to arrest me...though I had a letter signed by the AANF vice president telling me I could display my sculptures in a room reserved for me...John Nimrod had just sent a letter threatening to sue the city of Chicago if they dared install the Shumirum Monument on the campus of the University of Chicago, two blocks from the incomprable Oriental Institute...I brought with me a petition to be signed by the people there asking the City to ignore Nimrod and install our monument...the petition process is a part of our democracy...the local thugs, all of them good Christians too, decided I should be thrown out...one of these heroes threaned me with physical violence, also said they would destroy all my sculpture...and did it in front of my children...when their attempt to have me arrested failed...they next tried these threats...this time I called the police...and at the sight of me on the telephone, both heroes ran up to their suite and hid...Alladin Khamis, then in charge of the convention came to me and asked me to please call off the police..who took the threats serioiusly, though I knew it was nonsense...but I figured they should sweat a little...I agreed to on condition that he force these two Assyrian heroes to confront me and my wife, in private...he agreed and the two heroes came down to a private conference room...I told them I had come to Chicago by invitation of the AANF...that I had been displaying my sculpture now for 27 years with no trouble...that I was trying to get our monument installed etc. Having had my say, the two of them apologized, though I told them ahead of time I wanted no apology..just wanted to force Assyrian heroes to face the consequences of their actions instead of running away all the time...they next wanted to take me out to dinner...I refused...then they wanted to HUG me, which I also refused...when I agreed to at least shake hands, William Yonadam said..."Man, you sure are cool"...and I thought, "why, because YOU didn't scare me"? The day we left the hotel chief of security shook my hand and complimented me on the gentlemanly way I had conducted myself...I never raised my voise, made no threats...and made them run and then apologize..it was easy: these kinds of Assyrians ALWAYS supply you with the ammunition it takes to shoot them in the foot...just like you do. ...then you talk about how a "Historian" reads ALL books and does RESEARCH before he becomes a REAL historian... Well... for your information stupid, Historians EXISTED long before YOUR books were printed... ..they aren't my books. and historians always DEPENDED on people's ORAL version of stories to COMPLETE their research... ...you don't even have that...prior to the 19th century no Nestorian said he was Assyrian...you all know that no one said he was Chaldean until the pope came. but and Arshole like you wouldn't like to THINK of that FACT because it wouldn't help him in his ATTACK on others... ...oral history, where it exists, is highly dubious...just because people SAY they saw Jesus fly up to heaven, doesn't mean it happened...the written records regarding so-called Assyrians and Chaldeans are all of 200 years old..a time when there was WRITTEN history...written history lies often enough...but all oral history means is what people say about THEMSELVES...hells bells YOU say you're Assyrian and you aren't...so people can SAY anything. ...And you have the Donkey's pride to say NO ASSYRIAN exist today and they can not be linked to Ancient Assyrians and NO ONE can prove it?... and Assyrians became Assyrians when someone in europe decided to CALL them Assyrians... ...you all admit this is the case where Chaldeans are concerned, but won't accept that it was the same with you. What a stupid fool....
