minime also tried to use the same argument that someone doing something doesn't make Christianity responsible but it ain't my job to deny someone the right to be Christian nor am I gonna argue about who is real and who not. Christians themselves do not even agree and that's why there are no less than 34,000 different Christian sects and denominations. No two agree but everyone believes to be a christian. If we take the most popular view, and the one that's common among western sects, anyone who accepts Jesus as lord and savior(meaning he is god who was crucified for humans), that means they all qualify as Christians. From Hitler, to the many bloodthirsty popes, Timothy McVeigh, George Bush, that baptist Christian who dropped the bomb on Japan, and the many others were all Christians. The abortion clinic bombers actually are hardcore Christians and they do it because their religion is against abortion, just as they attack gays and others with whom they don't agree. It is then strange that the people who attack abortion clinics for being "baby-killers" are the same ones who murdered hundreds of thousands of Iraqi babies. Just yesterday I seen a Christian woman with a bunch of jesus-loves-you bumper stickers on her vehicle and she also happened to have an anti abortion sticker on her back window, and it read "god loves children, even the unborn". It was silly to me that she had that when she was also a McCain/Palin supporter, knowing full well that McCain supported the sanctions against Iraq which targeted children. I guess he loves children as long they not too dark, but then again, American children aren't doing too well either and aren't taken care of. If they don't want abortions, then don't have one, plain and simple. --------------------- |
