This is really exhausting but you`re young. Let me say it clearly so you miss nothing...I don`t accept any sources FROM the church, especially not ones ABOUT the church...I told you, I don`t trust any institution that tells me the world stood still...of the Shroud of Turin, turning wine into fishes, nor any of the rest of the stuff sandwiched around your tall tales of "history". Neither am I going to believe Volcano worshippers or much care if the first Volcano priest was from Mophuestia. If you can find real, accredited and non-religious sources for your claims..please provide them and then we can talk like growed-ups...is there anything in this you do not understand? Does anything about it strike you as unwholsome...unreasonable...unfair? The sources I used mentioned Theodore of Mophusetia...they mentioned Nestorious as a pupil..in other places they also mention the Assyrians and Jesus Christ too...but NONE of them say that Nestorious learned from US...rather they all say that these sects originated in Byzantium and the followers were exiled or fled to US. I can certainly see why your priest doesn`t want that known, because we all know how the Romans "converted" people they ruled...and it was not nice....now, you may feel slighted and since we invented the wheel you figure you`re on a roll and why not listen to that kindly looking old man with the beard and his hand up your pants when he says we taught everyone else about these things...I appreciate that and as someone who takes fright and leaves the state when asked a question, you need some bucking up...but this won`t do...you simply can`t go around impressing your friends by telling them we taught Theodore who taught Nestorious who taught Rome..it simply won`t do. One last time...bring me some real sources from real historians..not church salespeople from the marketing division of Jesus Christ Was Assyrian Inc...okay? --------------------- |
