Let's see, we have a small 6 line poem written by some jack ass a few hundred years ago in which he calls Assyria a beautiful place. We also lived and live in what was geographically part of Assyria and that is also proof. Furthermore, we were named Assyrians by the west because that is who we were and our people wouldn't have accepted a name that wasn't theirs even though we accuse the modern Chaldeans of doing exactly that. We also think that we speak Assyrian and will not believe that we speak Aramaic; at the most will settle by admitting that we speak Aramaic but that is not a different language but just a dialect and we didn't adopt the language of another people. Anyone who tells us otherwise is working against our "nation" and jealous of us "uniting".

The bottom line is that none of the above works as proof. Speaking Aramaic doesn't prove being Assyrian because it wasn't their language. Living in what was once Assyria is also not prove because people migrate or come in and out. Many people came and went, yet some stayed. As for that stupid poem, it is first of all shameful that over 2,000 years and all one can do is bring a poem in which some one speaks of ancient Assyria. Many people spoke of many ancient nations and that doesn't make them those people. Besides all this, the ancients themselves were mixed with others and became even less after the Aramization precess that took place. That is one of the reasons why the Assyrians fell of so quick after having accepted the Aramaic language in everyday life.

We complain about Arabization yet not word is mentioned about Aramization which took a big toll on the ancients. The ancients had become a minority in their own land near the time of their fall and this makes the chance of a Fred Aprim even less slim of being purely Assyrian. If they themselves were mixed and couldn't resist Aramization, what is the chance of these fanatics being purely Assyrians? They have no more rights to Iraq then anyone else. If they want to play the indigenous game with the world, then every Iraqi qualifies because the Kurds, Arabs and others have all been there for long times. None of their claims or arguements will work and this is why they dont have "time to waste" because they have no real case or any evidence for any of their claims. From their so called "genocide" to their diaspora and everything else they come up with, in the end they have nothing but bull crap. This is why I must be working for the Baath party, Kurds and every other silly thing I been accused of. It's the same old with all of them. When we question them, we are called haters just like anyone is called "anti-Semite" even if he/she himself are Semite by the American media for simply questiong or speaking out against the terrorism of the Zionist state.

It's even more funny when a racist white American Christian on Fox News has the nerves to call others "anti-Semitic". It's not about being anti nothing but it's a matter of being honest. I don't have to be paid or work for anyone to expose those nationalists who think they can fool the world.
