Umm....no. People who own stuff get to define it. That's called "capitalism". and "private ownership" rules were set and regulated by the U.S. government. "Fascists" make up their own rules after they overthrow the government. So it is, indeed, "private venture", plain and simple. Advertising people to post on his public forum is not an invitation to bad behavior. It was hit or miss - they outlined the rules after inviting EVERYONE but will discern who violates the rules. That isn't fascism. People throw that word around too much when they are chided for breaking rules/laws. The fact is, he can set the bar anywhere he likes. If people don't like it, they can leave.
