...just heard a commentator ask if negotiations are possible these days with "this new breed of jihadists".

As usual with these people, it's the wrong question...it should be, rather..."can you negotiate with these new rogue nations these days....these nations who back Israel while it continually breaks international law...or these coalitions of countries willing to lie themselves into a war against civilians...or who rain bombs down on innocent civilians making them dread a clear blue sky and pray instead for clouds and rain.

...the Muslims are reacting to what these nations have done for at least 150 years...none of this was their idea, it was the idea and actions of the West that gave rise to resistance....the US didn't attack Japan because of Christianity but because the Japanese attacked!

No mystery here.
