One constantly hears it from Americans that the Middle East has always been at war. This seems to be the most popular American opinion about that region. The most common are: those people have always been fighting, they're always at war, and they been fighting ever since the beginning. One thing Americans don't do is look at their own history. America is not that old, only somewhat over 200 years old and it has been at war from its very beginning. But the dweebs don't seem to catch that because they live under a rock or have their heads so far up Kim Kardashian's ass that they can't see it. How else can they criticize North Korea for having people in prisons when the US has the largest prison population in the world. How can they call themselves the freest(which they're not), the best country and number. Number one in what exactly? They can't explain that or at least I haven't heard it. It seems like the politicians just make that silly statement and the audience claps about it. There are things America is number one in or the "best" and they are nothing to really be proud of. Prison population, defense/war spending, homeless population, crime, drug abuse, and there are far more things. Americans aren't number one in education, health care, and social programs. They always boast about their freedoms which they supposedly have, and which others supposedly don't have, but I'm either missing or it's just an illusion. There many countries around the world where people have far more individual rights and freedoms than in America. Only the super rich have actual freedom here and not the average. Yeah sure, there are few some millionaires, fewer billionaires and there is always that one in a zillion chance that some janitor gets lucky and become a millionaire, but that's not reality for the average person. While Europe, Australia, etc, may not have as many millionaires, CEO's don't make as much they do in the US, there are many more thousanaires and people who live happy lives, who can go on vacation and don't have that financial stress. Maybe I'm fortunate that I lived elsewhere and traveled a lot but I just don't think Americans have it that great. I think they live like shit and they are slaves without knowing it. Only a slave, a dumb one, will defend his master, ged satisfied that the master is feeding him once in a while. When another slave, a smart one, complains about the master, the dumb slave comes in his defense, justifies the injustice and sees his low lifestyle as some kind of blessing or freedom. There are people and countries in Middle East where people have it better than Americans and aren't always at war(Bahrain, Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar, etc). If Middle East has been fighting or not, it has older history and civilization. There is nothing America can teach them about getting along, democracy or any of that nature. Americans are good at making war, being cowards, racism, believing in angels, arresting people, selling weapons and freely electing the one who will fuck them. I would have to love it if I were the one fucking them and they vote for me. I don't have to seize control through military since they'll put me in office freely on their own. I must also say that the US has to be the most deceiving, corrupt, and unique nation on earth. At least people in Cambodia or Bangladesh know they have it bad and nobody can convince them otherwise. The American thinks he has it great with his 7.25 per hour minimum wage, no benefits and long work weeks. You truly have to be deceiving and shady to prevail with something like that. It takes programing and brain washing to accomplish what America has. As Pancho said about Russians, they didn't believe the garbage they were told, Americans believe the people that lie to them. Who is really brainwashed? FOX "news" says they're still winning the war on terror while spending trillions of dollars. Who is really wining? Americans don't know this but they have a far more violent culture than the Middle East and more wars. Americans love guns and own them. People over there don't really care about that. Enough with the bullshit and look at your own history. --------------------- |
