...by "sin" of course I mean murder, not being a naturally-born Gay son.

Gay people are a distinct and identifiable group....if someone promoted burning down Taco Bells because they had a bell on their logo and someone burned down a Taco Bell, admitting that he did it because they had a bell on their logo, then I think there is a case for an incitement to commit arson/murder against anyone advocating burning Taco Bells for their bell, or advocating killing a young man because he is Gay.

There are several ministers and whatevers who have advocated killing Gay people...it's at least worth causing them some grief even if the chances of winning might be small.
