Hello there...busy doing nothing, waiting to go back where I came from. I'm flying out of Tijuana this time....I refuse to play along with this "security" bullshit. If our government wanted to keep us safe, they'd stop making enemies for us around the world.

A few years back there were two assyrians posting on bethsuryoyo.com who seemed to me, after watching their posts for a while, to be almost a team.....one of them was very conservative, so conservative that he shifted the center way to the right....so that the other, by appearing to be to the left or liberal, was really only marginally less to the right...but both were WAY to the right.

There are very few progressives or Liberals in America....certainly none of them appear on mainstream media....instead they have people only less to the right than the Right who make it seem like there's an actual conflict going on, when in reality BOTH sides are as Conservative as can be....so far.

These guys worked together...one of them would make some ditzy Conservative point and the other would supposedly offer a "liberal" point of view which in reality was the actual view they were BOTH espousing....leaving us dummies to think we'd witnessed "opposing" points of view.

This security bullshit is the same...no one is discussing the obvious: that if you make the right enemy, or enough of them, you will NEVER be safe....because if someone wants to get you badly enough, they will...the only thing you'll gain is making your life a paranoid hell BEFORE he finally gets you.

The Conservatives who run this show, I mean all of it, are really rather pathetic intellectually and culturally...and, most of all, economically, by which I mean they're not the ones who invented computers, or rockets or much of anything. What they are is devious and opportunistic...and that's one reason they want to privatize everything they can; because they aren't bright enough to bring anything to life, just take it over and get on the corporate welfare train

These body scanners, and all the new and improved models they'll be selling us, for our tax dollars, are another scam....a way to make millions and billions off of US, because in a real free market these jerks would fail every time...like Bush who managed to succeed as a President, on our dime, where he'd failed at every business venture he ever tried, even with his daddy's money.

Christian Rock is the same...the most pathetic "music" ever known, mostly ripped-off from real rockers and turned to mush and treacle masquerading masquerading as something original or even vital....or like Blackwater, a rip-off of our military...or like Charter Schools, or insider-trading and bank scams...all of these are pathetic ways to cheat and steal...their originality is merely in their ctiminality.

Michael Chertoff, the first head of Homeland Security, now works for the company making the body scanners...as Pentagon people go to work for manufacturers of WMDs...there are less and less easy ways to get rich...and all of these flunkies want to get rich....fast. Getting money out of the Treasury is the easiest and surest way to "make money" for these kinds of people....oh yes, let us not forget the BEST way: WAR!

One sure way to know something is drastically wrong with Conservatives and their "point of view" lies in the fact that not a one of them can satirize a true Progressive or even a Liberal...that's because their point of view is SUCH bullshit, that a mind lost in that fog sees absolutely nothing BUT fog...they are not sharp or quick-witted people....in any contest between a Jon Stewart and a Bill O'Reily, or Beck, or Bush or Limbaugh, the Conservative would come across as slow, dull-witted and ignorant....which is why you'll never see any of them actually go toe to toe or face to face with Stewart and any number of Progressive Liberals...you know, the "elites" who know how to read.

Why is that? It isn't enough to call them cowards...they are, of course. But why? Mostly because their "beliefs" are the RESULT of fear, and not the cause of it. They are cowardly because their intellects and knowledge and character, even, give them no natural protection and no "weapons" either...they are, in effect, sent into battle with no, or very poor, weapons and with a character formed in fear, envy and a total lack of originality or inventiveness...as a result they are naturally afraid...all of their lives.

A Conservative is basically a frightened person...afraid of Liberalism, not because it holds anything actually bad, but because it has something NEW, something that calls to a person to get off his ass and MOVE....move towards a new position, the slightly unknown...and THAT scares them more than anything.

That's the reason we have so many enemies...the reason that after we could no longer prop up Communism, our government set about creating and manufacturing a new enemy: TERRORISTS...which these same Conservatives are trying to scare us all with....these body scanners and pat-down are not intended to make us safe...they are part of the new push to scare more and more of us...to get us to agree, hell, to BEG our government to suspend the Constitution....much like Hitler used fear of Jews and Bolsheviks to scare Germans into allowing him to change the laws enough so that what was clearly illegal could now become "legal"...in Germany.

In his new book and in interviews, Bush fairly brags about using torture...and what is his rationale? Straight out of the Nazi handbook...he says that his lawyers told him waterboarding was LEGAL...so he was merely "following the law" when he used it. But waterboarding is recognized by the rest of the world as Torture...a position the United States also held, till Bush found a lawyer somewhere to tell him what he needed to hear...and then it was "legal" and no longer torture....the hope for the futire is that someone else will bring that World Criminal to trial.

The Right knows it can't use the Constitution to block abortions, or Gay Rights, including Gay marriage, Transvestite Rights....Women's Liberation, Civil Rights etc. They tried, mightily but have failed every time...and now, soon, Gays can serve openly in our military...all these points of view are anathema to the Right...which is merely a more sophisticated version of the Nazi, Christian, Right.

But the one place they CAN get at the Constitution is through FEAR...once we were "afraid" of Gays...of women's liberation, of gays in the military...our fears kept the Conservatives in power. But that's been changing and they don't like it....but they can't attack those positions openly....they have to come at the Constitution from another direction, from a directions we'll approve of...and the best line of attack is to convince us that our Constitution stands in the way of our SAFETY. These body scanners are meant to gut the 4th Amendment protections against illegal search and seizure too.

As the one guy said when he accused the TSA worker of a sexual assault if they proceeded with their pat-down...and she replied, "sir, this is NOT a sexual assault"...and he replied, "it WOULD be if you weren't the government". Meaning we've just handed over, to the same government that has been making more and more enemies for us, the right to assault our bodies and integrity...and this from the same politicians who decry "big government" when it seeks to provide breakfast for poor children....but legalizing torture, and sexual assault, in the name of what is "necessary", and therefore also "legal" due to conditions THEY spent trillions bringing about.

Muslims NEVER attacked America or Europe or China BEFORE 41 Christian nations attacked THEM! Iraq did NOTHING....the United States has done EVERYTHING...and our government can now claim to be protecting us while actually REMOVING the best protection ever known to any People....our Constitutional protections...which are a lot better than anything the TSA will ever come up with.

We're gratefully giving up the one best protection we ever had for cheap technology and slogans....and we WILL regret it.
