...said they were all brainwashed by official propaganda. A Russian friend of mine said we were mistaken..that all Russians KNEW their government was lying...that it was Americans who were brainwashed...who actually believed the fairytales their officials put out...that just by calling it a "free" press we dummies actually believed.

Just look at Christian attitudes towards Jews..and now Muslims. Look at our official version of the Crusades and the Holocaust...not to mention who really is a Terrorist...all these definitions are well-honed and handed down to our children with their morning oatmeal and cartoons...and how few ever question or seek alternate points of view before forming their own.
