I long to the day when an Assyrian representative (MP) in the Iraqi parliament firmly stand and speak in Assyrian, and declair his people's national demands for either: Administrative Rule, Autonomous Rule or even Self-Independence in their forefathers country Beth-Nahrain (Mesopotamia).

why long for the day? It would be much shorter if you went there and did it yourself. No one believes this nonsense in Iraq except for a few villagers...you are asking someone to commit sedition for you.

To imitate what the couragous girl Ms. Layla Zana the Kurdish Representative in the Turkish parliament did some years ago for her people. Her speech echoed high inside Turkey and beyond, and made a dramatic change in the policy of her government towards her people. Although Ms. Zana was imprisoned ten years for the speech she gave, but that was an additional sign of pride for her.

...why imitate? Why not be orignal. Read a book.
