Don't worry. I had my fair share of making fun of the rich Detroit kids that went to K =) There is no freakin way I would have gone to K without a big scholarship. Parents would shell out about 25K a year to go there. That's so much money for an undergrad education! Some of these kids don't have a damn clue as to how other people lived. Tutoring kids on the north side of Kzoo was the closest they ever got to seeing kids of other family backgrounds, income levels, and ethnicities (other than the Chaldeans they went to school with =)) Just a note, none of these kids knew who Assyrians were but as soon as I mentioned Chaldeans they were like, my school is full of them =) OH, there was one kid at K that was half Chaldean with blonde hair too. Also, one of friends from Flint went to K..he's half Assyrian/half Arab...turns out his aunt is a very close family friend...
Aladdin's fattoush salad was pretty good and there Chicken kebab type sandwich was alright. Overall, I'd pass next to you go to Kzoo...if you ever do =)
