I'm considering a future career in law or business because I really don't know what I want to be doing. Both fields CAN be interesting. I don't want to go into academia--well that's what I think as of now. I just don't see myself as a professor. I like to teach though so I don't know. Eversince high school, I/ve wanted to go to law school. That was kinda the plan going into college (major in chemistry, my fav. science because I was on a science scholarship and go to law school later) but it changed cause I liked chemistry so much and the head of the poli sci dept was brutal (I could say more here but I would offend many people :))so I didn't take more than 2 classes from that department. I've just liked chemistry and the next step I suppose was graduate school. I'm open to many different options because I honestly don't know what I want. I was and still am considering a career in patent law but I don't know...I'd really like a career where I would feel fulfilled in that I'm helping people and doing some good in this world as cliche as that may sound. Sometimes I feel that my research in the long run is really not going to make much difference. Those are the days when I'm stuck in lab for hours.....I just feel that I shouldn't limit myself to just chemistry because that's all I've really explored...
I'm so confused :/
