Okay. PanchMaster is right, I didn't answer your question. I'll try. Maybe it appears on the surface that I am automatically taking one side over the other, but in truth I am not. I am reacting to what I have perceived as a one-sided perspective from the liberal viewpoint. With regard to the Israeli-Palestinian issue: I try not to focus on each historical event in the dispute to the exclusion of the big picture and the actual sequence of events that has led up to the present situation. I believe that I can present a better argument for Israel than I can for the Palestinians, but I would still prefer that they could work out their differences and live in peace with each other. Also, for whatever it is worth, I apologize for my initial post, it wasn't meant to be personal, therefore I retract what I said.
: Before I try to argue with you, let me ask you something: Why would you automatically "choose" on side over the other? What have the Israelis done to make you favor them over the Palestinians? Is there no middle ground?
: Also, I don't know what forums you have been reading, but this one is the least boring of them all.
