The Israeli "claim" to the land is Bibilical. The Palestinians, on the other hand, lived there for thousands of years. The Jews needed a homeland after the holocaust, YES, and they were entitled to one... but it's one thing to peacefully coexist or emigrate to Israel/Palestine, and quite another to displace a million people and kill tens of thousands more.
So, that's my point in a nutshell. Yes, the Palestinians deserve the live there, and Yes, the Jews deserve to live there, but NOT in an apartheid, Nazi-like state... no no no.
Am I making any sense? Obviously you can see that I haven't taken one side over another. I take the side of common sense, which seems to be in short supply over there.
